3 Star : Likely to Recommend I'm not overly pleased with the Betten-Baker experience right now. Prior to this most-recent set of experience I would have given it a 9 or 10. I'm not sure what is going on. 3 Star : Repair Quality Prior to dropping the truck off, the "check engine light" was not on. When I picked the truck up, the check engine light was on. I contacted the Office and they said to bring it in to see what the problem is. Hopefully it’s a quick fix, otherwise it’s another day without transportation and that’s a inconvenience. Once the car was being repaired, I was told when it was expected to be ready, and I had to call the following day because no one bothered to give me the status.
