5 Star : My Experience My only frustration was the expected date of completion. I was okay with it not being ready on the expected date, I just wasn’t a fan of the communication. It was supposed to be completed on 10/20 @4 and at 3:30 I got an email telling me that the date changed to 10/21. It continued that way each day until 10/23 when I finally got a phone call telling me hopefully 10/26. It is not that easy to plan a day (several days) of picking up my car.
