There is no way I would rent out a property if it wasn't managed by Bev Roberts Management team. They have managed my rental property continuously since 2013. I could not ask for better service. If you need to rent out your home STOP, don't go anywhere else, turn your home over to Bev Roberts, you will not be disappointed, I promise you! I just wish I had more properties for them to manage.
We have retained Bev Roberts Rentals to manage our rental property for over 10 years and are extremely happy with their service. They are extremely professional and address all issues efficiently and expeditiously.
Bev got a tenant for my condo in a matter of days at a fair rental rate. Bev is very responsive to any questions I may have. I highly recommend Bev Roberts.
We had worked with another company for several years and then decided to give Bev Roberts a chance. It was the right decision!. Bev really knows her business and is very proactive and efficient.
This company wants you to believe its perfectly normal to have 100s of dollars deducted from your security deposit for grass that hasn't been cut in two days, tiny picture frame nails, and normal wear and tear. They retained $800 of my security deposit for bogus reasons and refused to come to any understanding. I took them to Small Claims court and won back $1000. Document and photograph everything. They will continue to take advantage of people unless you protect yourself. Hopefully this post will motivate others.

I would agree with the first reviewer- she is very short and not friendly. I was a renter for 2 years and it was just all around uncomfortable and unpleasant dealing with her. In person, she wasn’t that bad. But any dealings over the phone, text or email are curt and unprofessional. I think she might mean well but does not belong in a customer facing profession.
She was very short and did not seem interested in speaking with me. I’m not sure if she was in a car or just trying to open a bag of chips but it was loud hard to focus. She was going to have me pay $100 in non refundable application fees just to ask a question regarding my dog. She hardly listened to what I was saying regarding my dog who is going through service dog training. I will not be renting a home that this woman is an agent on, ever. So disrespectful.
