What made the experience great for us as we are not loan officers therefore we don’t know everything. Beverly and her assistant Elizabeth are fantastic about letting you know when somethings going to happen where you supposed to sign and can explain what you’re signing. It’s just a very comforting feeling not having surprises.
The loan officer and processor resurrected the loan when I thought the transaction was over. They are both dedicated, professional and determined to close the loan!
