Bev is personable—we consider her a friend. She worked hard to get us the best refinance rate on our condominium, and followed through until it was all settled. Because Charlie (my husband) is an amputee and it is difficult for us to go anywhere (especially because of COVID-19, she came to our house for any paperwork needed, and we liked the lawyer who came for closing signatures, Chuck Crosby. She’s simply the best!
Bev communicated with us often and throughly explained anything we had questions about. She kept us up to date on everything needed for application/closing. She helped in any way she could and was always very honest. She was a pleasure to work with overall! I would strongly recommend her to anyone trying to build or buy a new home!
