Met Bob early. Was not planning to buy the same day because there were 2 other cars I wanted to evaluate. They made a good offer and made me feel valed. I did have a problem with one key and SiriusXM but they are working on that.
Customer service is always very good here. I was able to do a walk in appointment at a very busy time. each step of the process of fixing my car was explained to me. I was offered a loaner car if I didnt want to wait. They have coffee, snacks, a work stop and very nice place to relax while you wait.
Since service manager Chris Prevatt has taken over the service at Don Beyer Kia, the service has returned to the excellent and dependable level that it was in the early 2010's. I highly recommend them without reservation.
