Trunk latch with rear camera replaced. Customer education by maintenance coordinator that trunk latch is now actually a switch which unlocks and opens back 'door'. no need to hard lift like tailgates of olden days. and back door should be closed by pushing switch in open hatch door. work performed while I waited. car came back spiffy clean after wash. service 5/5 as expected.
1 year 10k miles service at 7,600 miles! Service scheduled at my convenience and performed while I waited. Added charge of $40 to rotate and balance 4 tires which I thought was very reasonable. Waiting area had TV, coffee, crackers, and selection of interesting magazines from cars to skiing history]. Car returned washed and ready. Delivery specialist helped me to understand configuration questions after system software update for keyless system which is smarter than I am. as usual rated 5/5
