Very good. Tire changed and aligned, but I have to point put that, as complimentary service, I was expecting to have my car throughly cleaned inside and outside, I was disappointed it was not the result , though
Got the appointment at time I wanted and service was completed before estimated completion.
Don Beyer KIA provides excellent customer service. In this visit I worked with Shane Foster. He answered all of my questions and went out of his way to help me. They were very busy with calls and people coming in and out. Shane was courteous and very professional and polite even when some customers werent as kind. I appreciate being fit in at a busy time and how accommodating customer service was. My car also runs very well now, thank you mechanics as well.

Weve taken our older Volvo to Beyer for years and they continue to do great work. Our service agent, Will, is superb and the technicians are GREAT!! We wouldnt go anywhere else. Highly recommend!!
