I purchased my XC40 at Beyer Volvo and Kia and only have service completed by them. Their customer service is excellent and their communication (in person, phone, text, email or chat) is awesome. I always wait at the dealership during a service for my vehicle and their customer waiting area is very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Excellent staff, service and facility.

I stopped by without an appointment for an oil change. Everyone was helpful and pleasant, as usual. When I left, in addition to the oil change, my car was newly washed and vacuumed. I never take my car anywhere else for service.
