A little bit of confusion with the diagnosis. Just needed software updated, no hardware as originally recommended. Staff is very polite, service was completed on time (same day). Thank you.

The check engine light came on as I was driving home so not sure how to rate the service. All I know is I have a 2023 XC60 with 7K miles that has been plagued with check engine lights since I've had it. Really discussed with the new car experience. This isn't Beyer Volvo's fault though.
