Windshield wiper motor began GROWLING last week. Stopped at Beyer for an estimate of time and $. Ordered an aftermarket motor on Thurs and it arrived following Tues. Brought car in at noon, given a 3+ hour repair so gave us a loaner to cover an appointment and some shopping. Picked up completed (and washed) car, recovered from repair cost shock and back on the road in the rain with an OEM-quiet wiper once again. Big THANKS to Jeff for his timely service scheduling....
Beyer Volkswagon servicing is one of the reasons I no longer have a Honda! The customer service is excellent, they always keep you apprised of what is coming on the October sale on tires was great!
