Actual service was excellent, I assume. First time I went there for service. No directional signs for Mazda service department. Customer service interaction was somewhat lackluster. Maybe Don Beyer group should take a trip to Hagerstown Honda to see how a first class service department is run.
It would have been nice if the vehicle had been washed or at least vacuumed.
