They have helped my husband and I so much. Very easy to communicate with. Have helped when we got into a little bit of trouble when we had some hard times whilst in our agreement. Just make sure you always communicate with them if you are having trouble as they will always help .

I think DCS group are fantastic, from the time I enquired until the time I made my last payment I am highly satisfied with the customer service i received. When I needed payments adjusted due to a change in circumstances they were understanding, and contacted me to let me know the process when I was coming up to my final payment.
I was in some serious debt early in my career. It was to a point where I couldn’t make ends meet. I reached out to DCS and they provided a solution that was real and sustainable. The consultants I spoke with were incredibly empathetic and applied absolute zero judgment.
