Very friendly and didn’t feel judged when starting the process. Very time I had a question about the question their were polite and helpful
DCS helped me facilitate a part 9 debt agreeement, although this can be tough as you can no longer obtain credit for five years it also has helped me learn to manage my own money and think twice about unnecessary purchases. After 5 years I am now living 100% debt free and managing my own income with no need for credit.
In the 5+ years I dealt with the DCS customer service team I consistently met with genuine, helpful and non judgemental people. They were always happy to help and even when I had to reschedule a few payments there was nothing but understanding and no personal questions asked. Now that I reflect on it, I have never experienced such seamless and consistently excellent customer service from another organisation. They must have excellent training!
DCS were understanding of my situation and very professional. Now thanks to DCS I’m debt free and not constantly fwaring picking up my phone.
