The customer service was so good. Every time I call they always help me out. Solve the problem I call with and always offer help.
From the very beginning the staff at DCS put me ease with their caring manner. Getting into debt is an extremely embarrasing situation but they handled it expertly and listened, offered assistance and didn't judge. The flexibilty they offered with payments was a life saver too. Fantastic company!

They were always there to help no matter what. Always there when I needed them.
Every time that I needed to call to adjust payments etc the staff were friendly and helpful. Nobody ever made me feel bad about missing a payment and having to catch it up. They would always suggest easy solutions and I never felt nervous calling them. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing the service.
