Very professional. I contacted Joe the other day for an estimate on a roof repair. He was very responsive, set an appointment time that met my needs, called on his way, and showed up on time. I anticipated needing a very expensive repair, and he identified the area of concern on my roof that turns out to be minimal. He was upfront, honest, and did not try to take advantage of the situation. He showed me how to fix it myself and save some serious $$$. Absolutely will call next time I need work done. He and his crew showed up on time and finished the roof in one day. *Great price* - make sure you compare materials with competing quotes as Joe uses quality stuff. OMG!!!! This experience was AWSOME from first contact. Joe's response time was hours, then he was out at our property that weekend and the work was completed the next weekend. Ok soooo weary of a contractor with one week appointment time??? NOPE!!!!! he had outside job time open, and just so you all know, we can't wait to start talking to him about our inside projects! will keep you all posted. 10/31/17 Very personable, very fast, very clean and neat. The price was the best of 4 estimates. I highly recommend Joe and his crew. They had to rip out all my subroof and it still cost $11,700. I think I got a great deal. Our roof was 21 years old and leaking around skylights
Joe and his team did an excellent job. The roof replacement went quickly and without any snags. His team worked long hours to complete the job in just a couple days, and the cleanup job at the conclusion of the work was just as professional as the job itself.
