Seems like there is always league bowling and not much for open Boling but more important. The bowling barn is filthy. Absolutely disgusting. Needs to be shut down for a month and cleaned from top to bottom. Replace the parts that are completely worn.
Went on a Wednesday after a big holiday weekend with our family of 5. The older man who seemed to be the only one working behind register seemed grouchy but helpful. We bought 3 games and did not see him crack a smile once. Beers were cold, music great, bathrooms dirty. We all had a great time though. We'll be back next year, maybe he will smile then.
Customer Service was the worst!!! Called ahead and they said it was a half hour wait. I left the house right away and got there to a 2 hour wait. Terrible. It was like they were pissed that people showed up over a big weekend. I wish there was another option up in Big Bear because I would be going there. Just some advice to management: WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

No toilet paper in bathroom, dirty toilet doesn't flush and when I told someone (who was working there), they pointed away and said "tell her". Bowling is great. It's automated after you get your shoes and games started. Bar is nice. Glow in the dark is fun.
