Had a bad Leak on my roof close to the area where the plumbing vent pipe boot is located. Inspected area in attic and discovered that the wood was rotting. Big Bear Roofing was recommended by a coworker. Called them and they came right away and performed a thorough inspection, took pictures of the damage and Tim, the project manager, called with a reasonable quote. We had a great experience with big bear roofing thanks to the humans that work for the company. Andrea was AMAZING!! She was thoughtful, thorough and professional. The cleanup process was comprehensive. This was a daunting process made easier by good people that clearly know how to do a good job.
We highly recommend Big Bear Roofing. The job was completed in one day. The roofers were at our house before daybreak on installation day. They were extremely good with the clean up during and after the job was complete. Andrea was the representative that visited our home and she’s extremely helpful and knowledgeable in het job.
