We researched companies high and low for years and we finally made the decision to replace our roof including all decking. Big Bear Roofing was the Company that we choose and we couldn’t be happier. After the last storm came through in Sept of 2019, I knew my roof was in bad shape. I spoke with Nick and he came out, grabbed his ladder, jumped on the roof and I will tell you this- the news wasn't great... #BrittleRoof It might be partial age over 20+ years and a few storms... BUT- it had to be done and they stepped up. Calmed my fears, helped me choose the shingles, walked me through the process and pulled the plans. I can not say enough about Big Bear Roofing. My husband called several roofing companies and Big Bear was the only one to call back.Nick came out that day and gave us an estimate. Nick also pretty much handled everything. He spoke with our insurance company,met with the adjuster and worked out the financing.Once all that was taken care of I was told it would be about 2 weeks. Bill & I wanted to capture our experience with Big Bear as soon as possible! We cannot say enough great things about our experience!! You can search and search, but I doubt that you'd find a better roofing company. I've had numerous roof replacements, but never had any better than Big Bear. We had 3 estimates. They were way lower than the 2 others, but their quality and workmanship were amazing. Everything looked better in my yard than before they installed the roof. Josh and James were very responsive to any questions that I had. All in all, I am extremely pleased and and recommend them highly!
We had a wonderful experience with Big Bear Roofing. They brought roofing samples to our house, dealt completely with our insurance company and our deductable was what we paid for out of pocket. The roofing crew led by Estevan did a phenomenal job! We had 2 separate roofs with copalis on each and the outcome perfect. We absolutely love our new roof(s). I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof.

Do not use this company. I called them in November because I had a leaky roof. They said I needed a new roof and with insurance I paid $10,000. I have a warranty. In August, when my roof is leaking, the same leak they say it’s not their fault. They are doing nothing to help me.. Now I have $10,000 in property damage.
My neighbor had their roof replaced this past Friday and I woke up Saturday morning to there old shingles thrown in my backyard, also trash in their front yard was left out all night until they got there Saturday morning!! Please pick up your mess after you put up a roof!
