After having a nightmare experience with Empire, It was such a good feeling to find a great organization like Big Bobs. My salesman Joshua Johnson took the time to check every detail of the order I had a total of three bathroom floors done. On install day the Technician Leader Edward Erazo laid out the execution of the plan and had his team ready go. All three floors were completed in one day. OUTSTANGING JOB!
We had hard wood flooring installed in our living room and hall. We are very happy with the installation and the quality of the floors. However. Big Bob’s sent a man out to Measure our area that we wanted the flooring to be put into. We did not measure it. At the end of the work, we had a box and a half of flooring left over. One was open. But the other had never been opened, we tried to return the unopened box that we do not anticipate ever using and Big Bobs Floor refused to take it back. Again we did not measure. I went into big Bob’s looking for carpet for the living room and hallway, They had carpet samples available. They were very nice. Worked with me very fast. Got my install within a week. I think it was an over all great service. I will be using them again for my other rooms . Thank you Big Bob !!
I honestly won't shop anywhere else for my carpet needs. We have used this location for many yrs for both our personal home and our rental business carpets and flooring. Chris is always professional and welcoming anytime we stop by. If you want a company that has excellent service and treats you right, you can't find anywhere better. Prices are excellent too! Installers show up on time and do a great job as well.
We recently had our whole house re-carpeted and went thru Big Bob's. We got quotes from a few other places such as BR Carpet and they quoted $2,500 MORE for poor quality carpet. After deciding to go with Big Bob's, we could not be more pleased! It was supposed to be a 2 day job for 6 bedrooms + stairs (4 bedrooms, living room, dining room & 4 sets of stairs) and they got this job done in 1 DAY! I could not believe it.
