I ordered two Slim Jim's and fries for a carry out order and when I got home with the food which is only five minutes away if that, the sandwiches were very soggy wilty lettuce thinnest sandwiches we ever had. We barely got any fries, very upset with the food for the price that it was.
we got more then we ordered and they wouldn't take it back/take it off the bill. food wasn't great, selection is slim. it's only a five item menu now, and the service wasn't good either. dissapointed knowing as a kid they were great. what happened?!?
went on Friday August 27th worst service ever waitress was high on something had ask for refills didn't get what asked for brought at end of meal had stand at register for over 5 mins waiting for someone while everyone working was talking and screwing around service ust be good at big boys they need it rid of people and bring good ones back
while having dinner waitress complained about her job and how she takes boogers off the walls... i could go on with how bad this was.... never again

Ordered a 4 Big Boy and 4 fries family meal curbside pickup for $25 yesterday, horrible the burgers were all smashed and dry the fries were burnt and mushy, never again!!

I ordered using Door Dash. The ice cream cake had the hot fudge already on the ice cream, and was placed on top of the french fries. When I called to complain, I was told by the waitress and the manager that it is their policy even though they know the ice cream will melt with hot fudge on it.

Get a short order Cook that knows how to cook. Women's restroom is always nasty- same toilet stain on a toilet from a couple weeks ago, I will not be returning to this Big Boy- the waitresses are great but that is all they got going for them.
