Our salesman was great explaining everything to us and we feel we got a good price. The installers were very efficient and explained how they were doing the job. The electrician explained his work very clearly and kept us informed about the process.all in all a very good experience for us.The communication with the Big Dog people is great and we feel they have our interest at hand. Great company to work with.
Good service. We waited a while for the critter guards to be installed, a cable was left hanging away from the house, and plans were left outside and they got wet before the inspector saw them. Otherwise, have had no problems since install.
The crew was professional and quick with answers to my questions.
The experience was simple and there were very few questions.

Install was all good but did pick up some wire in the yard that could have been bad on the lawn mower.. Also the panels should be cleaned or even waxed before install where they can be reached. Maybe supply a squeegee for cleaning in dusty areas..
Everyone was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Very impressed highly recommend.
