Sent a kid to my house for their prepaid "annual boiler service". Same night, several components broke and leaks started at my return line because he left an important valve closed. Owner came next day to diagnose, told me it would be $700 to fix the problem his employee created. Watching youtube, I fixed it myself for $130. After experiencing them losing my payment twice, I'll be looking for a new company to handle my HVAC.
