Great company that manages the hot tubs for all 3 deer valley rental condos in my family. Over the past 8 years we’ve grown to appreciate the amazing customer service from Chris and his team. Adam Jensen especially has been able to trouble shoot any issues with our hot tub quickly and effectively. In the busy season, with back to back renters, issues spring up. It’s important to have a dependable hot tub company so you know your next guests won’t be disappointed! Would absolutely recommend.
Chris and crew at Big Splash are the best! We have been using them to maintain our hot tub for 3 years and it is always sparkling clean! If we need a repair they come out promptly and fix it or replace a part. I would highly recommend them!
Love these Guys at Big Splash. We are local to Jeremy Ranch, and we’re referred to Chris by some friends. Chris has been taking care of us for approx 10yr. They have helped us purchase both spa’s and have serviced them over the years. The other day we found the Spa empty which was a concern. They sent someone out the next day and was able to diagnose and repair the leak. Appreciate the service. Thanks you.
We used big splash for a long time as loyal customers. Our pool had a leak and they just discontinued service without telling me. I called and the man I spoke to was extremely rude. He told I should have noticed they stopped charging me on my credit card. He was extremely abrasive, condescending and lacked customer service skill for longterm paying customers. I am so glad we found someone else and got our leak fixed without any issue. I do not recommend this company.
We have used Big Splash for the past 9 years with 2 different properties and could not be happier! Our rental hot tub is ALWAYS sparking clean and their pricing cannot be beat for the level of their service. Chris and his team are fantastic & our weekly technician BJ is so professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company.
