My experience with Big Trailer Rentals was outstanding. The owner was very friendly and professional and easy to work with. The trailer was perfect for the job. I definitely recommend Big Trailer for any hauling needs.

Shitty service, shitty place. We should of walked away when we saw a dirt pothole filled driveway. they ran our C-Card 6 times, this guys don't have any idea how customer service works

Worst experience renting anything ever! I rented a 28’ box trailer. We reserved it for 2 weeks, when I picked up the trailer I asked if I can return it early, Ken said “yes. Just give us a 72 hour notice” I said ok and we were on our way. Everything was going good until we were in the middle of nowhere in New Mexico when a trailer spring broke.
