Bigger Pockets is great.When I signed up a year ago I asked for an adjustment after I signed up. They made the adjustment and thanked me.After a year I decided to not auto renew.They asked why.I said I was ready to retire.- I got my full refund within 24 hours.Following Bigger Pockets advice I split $70k net profit. The site itself is great and so are a lot of the people. Unfortunately trolls do proliferate here. A necessary evil of the internet world that it may be, I just think a site where people are sharing their identifying information, that there should be an expectation of better behavior.

Absolutely terrible customer service towards me. I feel they overcharged me and when I called to complain they refused to credit me back, despite having cancelled the service. I believe their system glitched and charged me extra and they refuse to consider this. Horrible business etiquette.

I have dyslexia and thought I signed up for a free trial. I only wanted to do month to month, but a few days ago I was charged a yearly fee $390. I am unable to make heads or tails of the site. It took me a long time to fine out why I haven't been refunded. It says I have the plan for a year. I won't be able to use it. And I would like a refund please. $390. Is a third of my monthly income. Thank you

They have banned me from their website without any justification! I have played by the rules and have asked many times for someone to look into or explain what happened, with no response. Is this discrimination because we have a similar business? I am not sure, but I am sure that this is happening to other people. Horrendous experience!

A few weeks ago, I posted a question on the ** forum for help in finding financing to buy a rental property. This man approached me on LinkedIn, which I thought was odd, but I guessed he saw my post on the forum. The first thing I did was attempt to find him as a lender on **, which I did.
