We are proud to be the 3rd affiliated & certified Bikram Yoga Studio to open in South Carolina & 1st to open in the city of Columbia. Studio is clean, inviting, and well run. All the teachers are outstanding. If you're middle aged, a runner, or have a sedentary job, this yoga will heal you of aches and pains and give you great mental clarity and day-to-day energy.
My daughter invited me to try Bikram Yoga (26 posters and 2 breathing exercises) with her. I really love this class and plan to incorporate it into my workout routine. The Saturday class was great. It was a little tough to keep up, but I am sure with some more classes, I will catch on quickly. You sweat a lot! Look forward to trying some Torched Barr classes too!
I had a great time attending this studio in 2021. I didn’t necessarily feel “welcomed” but I definitely got the workouts that I needed to perform at the time. My issue with this studio is their lack of customer service and communication. I reached out a couple months ago asking for some assistance with obtaining proof of attendance at the studio. A good place to take classes, my lower review is based on the issue that I had with the studio during covid. There was an email sent out saying that it would help the studio if people could keep their memberships for a bit longer, I felt bad and did this instead of cancelling immediately - then I moved for work to another state. I really thought that I sent an email saying that I needed to cancel and then later I found out I still has the membership and had been charged about 1500 dollars for classes I did not attend.
