Bill Bart is a true mortgage professional. He was able to secure us a great rate; patient in explaining the process, pricing structure, how to remove our PMI, and any other questions we had along the way. Our monthly payment is down considerably and we were able to get out of paying PMI. Bill was always available when I’d call or text him and extremely responsive.
