Bill was absolutely amazing! We met Bill back in June when we sold our home in Arnold, MO. We were on a set budget for our next home and Bill explained that the taxes varied from house to house and area. So he suggest that if we saw something of interest to contact him and he could give us an approximate estimate of our monthly mortgage with taxes and insurance.
