I would definitely recommend the team from Atlantic Bay to friends seeking a mortgage -- as a retired person, they were very helpful in advising me. While the uploading of documents was sometimes a challenge, the team was very helpful with these logistics as well. I had a very short time period and they beat the deadline by a week! Again. I can't imagine any other mortgage group could have been more efficient and helpful. Thank you
You're wonderful to work with, very responsive and answered all my questions throughout the buying process. The only bump along the way was the confusion with VHDA program qualification, which I wish we knew about sooner as it cost us a higher rate in the end (which I am fine with, since everything worked out, but still it came up really last minute).
