Melissa was fabulous during my home buying experience. She was very thorough explaining each line item. She also followed through on every request I had. Even going above and beyond and having an invalid line item removed from my credit report. If you need a great a great mortgage person , look no further she is the best!

Melissa and Bill are a great pair to work with. Melissa takes care of the financial parts while Bill takes care of all the fun paper work. Both of them were proactive and made sure we were on schedule to close on our home. The process is grueling but with the both of them it makes it a lot more easy and straight forward. Melissa, Bill and Erica rock. I bought a home in NJ and had to refinance it. I had so many issues and challenges it would take 4 pages to list them all. But, none of that matters because Melissa got the job done. Customer service is excellent and I doubt I will come across a company with better customer service. Money doesn't matter to Melissa and her team. They are successful because they truly care. I have to say I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with Melissa.... It restored my faith in people actually doing their job. With that said it is difficult navigating through the process of a mortgage, while trying to find a house at the same time, which means you are also dealing with a realestate agent. Melissa was awesome, she always returned my phone calls and emails. When I needed my pre-approval letter she was on it and poof I had it for my Realestate Agent. I bought a few things in my day and I tend to be beyond unreasonable in my expectations but Melissa DeBenedetto exceeded any expectation I could possibly have. She had to be the most pleasant but most importantly, fastest and most responsive person I have ever dealt with. I think my closing had to be a record. Bill and Melissa have become part of the family, truly going out of their way professionally and personally to make sure all my worries were set at ease.We have an orginal Cape Cod with 6 children and needed more space. Melissa and Bill understood that we were busting out at the seams and suggested a 203k renovation loan that would fit within our budget. It was the perfect solution for this large family!
