Cooling maintenance checkup found something I was doing wrong and the house immediately cooled some more. Fred explained everything he was doing and gave much useful advice. He did *not* try to up sell since our system is basically working. Thanks Fred and it was a pleasure meeting you.🙂

People are friendly on the phone. The technician was on time and very knowledgeable. Fix the problem and did a good check on the whole system. Did not try to up sell. Will recommend to others
