We were treated with the upmost respect possible by all. Although and understandably at times the process (ALL the little details seemed grueling and/or overwhelming) Bill McDonald and his staff were there to help in every way possible. The process was constant/continual as in we never went a day without an text or email update even when there wasn't any (we were told there were no changes/updates for the day). The closing went very smoothly and Bill was there in support. Thank You all!
