Bill, my agent, was thorough, timely and extremely patient with explaining each and every step of the process I didn't quite grasp. Never a rush! He prepared me in advance for every step so not to be rushed or stressed. Loved it! I have had some stressful past experiences due to disorganization and last minute notices. Non existent with Bill and his team! Highly recommend this very savvy and professional fellow ;-).
