Shaniqua helped me out, she was super friendly and enthusiastic and it was such a great experience being helped by a real person who was trying to get the best deal for me, I felt like she was really working hard to figure out my best options. I would definitely use Billshark again, especially after getting help from Shaniqua. Super prompt, barely any work on my end and even though I currently had the best possible deal, she still got me a credit back!!
Representative was great, I just wish the price was a little lower.
