I've already reviewed once, but was unable to choose my BillShark agent Serwin Rosal. Having worked in a customer service role before, I feel it is important to recognize individuals. He was able to get me a better (deeper) discount on my Charter/Spectrum bill than Experian did for me last year. And this discount is for the next 2 years and not just the one.
