Holly was a super help! I appreciate her friendliness and going the extra mile. If she was local I would totally poach her for my own Customer Care department at my job (lol!) I will not hesitate to recommend Billshark to my family and friends!

I've already reviewed once, but was unable to choose my BillShark agent Serwin Rosal. Having worked in a customer service role before, I feel it is important to recognize individuals. He was able to get me a better (deeper) discount on my Charter/Spectrum bill than Experian did for me last year. And this discount is for the next 2 years and not just the one. He wasn't able to save me anything on my US Cell bill, but this wasn't a surprise because a) much of my bill is paying for phones/insurance, and b) I was unwilling to do... read more

I was dreading calling Charter. Having BillShark do it for me was a great relief. I had Experian negotiate this service last year and got $25/month off. Shark just got me 45 for a year, and 30 monthly for a second year.

Simple and easy. She was great. Didn’t have to do anything after initial bill sending. Saved some money, no services changed. It keeps working again and again.

Communication was professional and service was delivered as advertised. They weren't able to get me a permanent reduction on my bill, but I was able to get a reduction for the next month. I also got a professional call once the task was done. I didn't have expectations, but my expectations were exceeded.
