I've already reviewed once, but was unable to choose my BillShark agent Serwin Rosal. Having worked in a customer service role before, I feel it is important to recognize individuals. He was able to get me a better (deeper) discount on my Charter/Spectrum bill than Experian did for me last year. And this discount is for the next 2 years and not just the one. He wasn't able to save me anything on my US Cell bill, but this wasn't a surprise because a) much of my bill is paying for phones/insurance, and b) I was unwilling to do... read more

Communication was professional and service was delivered as advertised. They weren't able to get me a permanent reduction on my bill, but I was able to get a reduction for the next month.
