I have been using Billshark for several years and they really save me time and money on my Internet/cable bill. Every year they automatically let me know they are doing a review and get back to me with results usually in a day or two at most if I have to provide additional information. Not only do they keep my bill lowest I usually get extras thrown in as well like a faster internet speed, pay channel etc. I have never had a problem and not having to call and haggle over the details myself is well worth the price.
