Quick easy and awesome

The wait to get a billshark expert was a bit long but once they got to it they did everything within an hour. They saved me 360 pretty grateful for that.
My only feedback would be communicating if there will a delay in processing a request. I submitted a bill that was still under contract so it could not be negotiated until that contract ended. That is absolutely reasonable, but this wasn't told to me so I reached out several weeks later to find out what the delay was. The response was very quick and they then completed the negotiation within a few days of the contract ending but the initial lack of communication led to a lot of doubt in the service at first.
