When I got a message about the bill being negotiated, I was very pleased by the fact that Jeremy left his email and phone number. It wasn't another email from an anonymous support@companyname.com. I truly loved that. I felt like I can interact with a human being. What completed the experience was the fact that he responded to my voicemail quickly, coordinated and discussed info needed for the negotiation by text and followed up with me.
