When my client came to me she was already approved by Brooke Lynn so this was my first time working with her. She was great. I liked that Brooke keep me informed with things that were needed and any issues we were having that may delay the closing. We had a few issues that came up but she assured us that she would work through them. She did, we closed on the property and my client was happy.

I was kept informed most of the times and , when I called for an update, I was called back in a timely manner. The closing of 153 Scotts Bluff Dr - Simpsonville was a complicated transaction and Billy Davis worked hard to make it happen when scheduled.
