Billy was present every step of the way up until closing. If I had a question I could call with confidence that he would be ready, willing, and available to provide a solution. If he missed my calls he would return them with haste. Additionally, when I lost my job in the middle of our approval process, Billy never showed signs of our loan being in jeopardy and actually gave kinda words of reassurance that we would be able to find a way to make sure all would work out.
Billy and his team at VIP went out of their way to accommodate us during the loan process. Even through the snowstorm, so that we could close on time. Would definitely recommend them for your next home loan!
