Sat ìn the theater with our grandchildren waiting patiently over an hour for the movie to start due to technical difficulties. We were eventually told no movie by a very rude woman. No refunds offered. Told no when we asked. Will never go back and will tell all my friends not to bother going either.
1st time being there and the movie took 30 mins past the start time to play it just kept repeating previews..
I’ve sent an email, but in case no one sees it... Today was the second time I came to this theater. I have a theater closer to my home with cheaper pricing and chose to go to this one anyway since my sister wanted to try it out. Now, I was already 5 min late (my own fault), but I knew there were previews so no real stress. My sister and I and our children plus a niece equaled to 7 seats. I have 3 children (3 and 4 and 14) and she has 1 (3 years old) and our niece is 3, so you can imagine the horror of tryin to wrangle these... read more
First off, we had to make multiple attempts to scan the barcode on our phone with pre purchased tickets. Ended up manually typing in our confirmation number. Secondly, all the food and beverage is self serve?? A joke! Popcorn was in a huge glass case and almost completely full, meaning it wasn’t freshly popped, and the dispenser gave nothing but tiny pieces and parts, not large fluffy kernels. Worst customer experience ever. Waited in a long line until we reached the counter and the cashier mumbles something about she has food in the window and her line is closed...we needed to go wait in another line. there was no less than seven people behind us. I told her that was not acceptable as we waited our turn, she walked off anyway. we had to go wait in one of two other long lines. when we finally get to the cashier, someone walks right up the cashier helps her. If you are deaf or hearing impaired, the CC devices didn’t work. They also fit into the drink holders at an awkward angle since the holders are placed higher due to the fold down tray. For a first impression, it’s a no.
