The staff was very nice and professional and the doctor did a great job and explained the entire procedure with me so that I a complete understanding of what he was doing.

It was my first time in at Biltmore Commons and the service was courteous and friendly. The staff is very accommodating and Dr. Saperstien was quite informative....refreshing, service.
I havent had such great customer service like this in a long time. I am impressed how well the staff work in sync with each other; how well they know me and treat me even when I haven't been in for several months. You forget you're at the Dentist because you're treated so well. The office is very clean. I moved 45 minutes away from the office, and I wouldn't go to anyone else to work on my teeth. Great Job!!
