Dr. Schmakel is kind, thoughtful, informative, honest and forthright with what is happening, patient, understanding, helpful - works with you as a patient, and is approachable. The office staff is always pleasant and positive. Ultimately I had a very delicate and potentially scary issue. He was incredibly personable and comforting in how he handled things. IMHO, all physicians should be this thoughtful with their clients.
