Great professional, fast friendly service!! Answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns that I may have!! The staff was honest and put me at ease!! The office atmosphere is great and my daughter loves to play in the reception area!! She is always excited about going to see Bippo. I don't know many children who are as exciting about going to the dentist and wanting to lose teeth than my 5yr old daughter.
Great service with a friendly staff! We have been to another dentist prior to our visit here, kids hated it and it always took forever.....so I saw an ad in the doctors office for Bippos and thought I'd try them out ... We had three appointments and were in and out of there with no problems! The kids loved the place and the staff! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dentist office!
Great service! Bippos was great as a first time visitor. The initial process took about 5 minutes which I expected to sit for awhile for first time patient input. Doctor and nursing assistant were very friendly and informational. Loved the kidly friendly play area..great place and would recommend it in future!
experience was great, my grandson was very comfortable and relaxed ...not scared at all...he was excited to be there...everyone was very friendly and helpful...he loves going to the dentist, he requested a red balloon and was thrilled to get it.
Professional and friendly The staff seems to care dearly about the kids and is willing to listen and answer any question about my child's dental care . Since I've been taking my two kids there I've also recommended my sisters to go... that's where they raking their kids as well. I never have to weight too long in the waiting area or the waiting room before the doctor come see them
Cavity Free Bippo's Place on Behrman Hwy is the best dental office for young people. I am a mother of six and all of my kids have been under the care of Bippo's Place. They have been caring for my children teeth for twenty years. I enjoy the dedication and courtesy the dental team shows to me as a parent and towards my last two children. What I like about them most is that they work with me w/insurance and payments.
First Dental Visit was a Breeze! Bippo's made my child's first dental visit a breeze. They were so friendly and gave great information. The wait was a little long for being fairly early in the morning. The appointment was for 8:30 AM and didn't get seen until after 9 AM. That will not stop me from going back because their wait room is fantastic for a child of any age.
My child was terrified to go to the dentist but when she left she can't wait to go back. They are absolutely amazing with children
Dentist was very reassuring and patient with my child The dentist was friendly and very patient with my child, who has special needs. She tried to accommodate her as much as possible and help to calm her down.They weren't able to do everything scheduled, but they did a cleaning. My child left smiling with a treat and a balloon, despite having a couple anxiety attacks. I'm very pleased with the dentist and staff.
