Wait time ridiculous First appointment for my 4 yr old. I have put it off bkz of the long wait and the fact that the younger the child is the less impatient they become. Waited for over an hour and watched some families with up to 5 kids all go in b4 our turn and they came way after us. When I went up to ask about the wait receptionist showed her annoyance. Even tho I was the one there with a 4 yr old my annoyance was composed . When my 4 yr old went back he came back with all smiles! He had a great time.
ONLY my child can The check in was easy, I did not have to wait long at all. The staff doing my four year olds cleaning did not have the patience for him at all, except for the actual dentist. The frustration was obvious during the entire process. I'm thankful for the nice, patient, dentist or I probably wouldn't go back. I work with children everyday so they should not have been so annoyed with the defiance my child has.
Unprofessional doctor The doctor was very unprofessional. I was extremely excited to finally have my children's dental examinations at Bippo's for the first time but my excitement was diminished by a rude doctor. The TV commercials are really inviting and warm but the personal service of the doctor (Not Jill Donaldson) was horrible. I will not return nor will I recommend my family and friends.
Excellent Service!! My son visited Dr Tessa for two broken teeth and received an excellent service the hours we were staying there. She clarified all my questions and made me feel confident about the treatment to be received. Everybody at her office -including all her staff -was very nice and friendly. We left very happy and looking for our next appointment. THE BEST!!

Long wait time We waited 30 min past our appointment time to be seen. Yes, they were busy, but that's no excuse. As a working parent, I have to take time off from work, unpaid, to make sure my children are on time for their appointment. Be sure that IF we were late, our appointment could've been cancelled and possibly still have to pay. It would be nice for a doctor office to act as though their patient's time is just as important as their's.
It's smells horrible in the play area!!! Parents are not allow to go in the back room with their kids!!! I will be changing the dentist office soon!!!

I am sorry that your visit was less than satisfactory. I assure you that the play area is checked and cleaned daily. If there was a problem, and you notified one of our staff, it would have been remedied immediately. Parents are always welcome to accompany their children in the operatory. Due to the open space, we prefer not to have other children in the operatory. Awful, it's a car wash for kids dental health. My little guy had the worst experience. After the so called cleaning they offered me his toothbrush without a baggie. As if I was going to just put the toothbrush in my purse. Just gross.

I am sorry that you feel this way. We try our very best with each of the patients to ensure a pleasant and fun visit with us. We train our staff to follow all OSHA guidelines regarding our patient's health and safety. All of our patients receive a "goody bag" to take home. The toothbrush and floss as well as the prizes they have chosen are put into the bag.
