The overall experience my child had was superb. The staff was kind, polite, and greeted you with a smile. They gave clear and precise instructions as to what was going to take place , as well as after care instructions. I will recommend Bippo's to every parent I know and meet. My child truly enjoyed the therapy pet guest they had in the office. He said that was the main attraction which was a surprise for him. Keep up the good work for it is much appreciated.
This was my daughter's first visit where she had to have teeth pulled. She was super nervous when we arrived. Everyone was super sweet and told her exactly what was happening. It made her feel better.
Rushed through When Gabby came out to the car she asked if Bippo closed at 5. I asked why she asked and she said she felt like she was just rushed through. Like everyone was in a hurry to leave. Words of a 13 year old. Never had a problem before.
So great with kids My kids loves coming to the dentist here. They are alway really sweet and patience with her.
Professional and Friendly It is always a child friendly environment. My children love it there. The parents have the option of going with the child, but most of the time we feel comfortable to stay up front. My children are not afraid to go by themselves, and that makes me feel better knowing they will not do anything to harm my children.
