I contacted Birch Gold for help rolling over an old 401K to a precious metal **** I was nervous and had a lot of questions. It also took me a long time (months) to collect my information and get ready to make a decision. The Birch Gold representative was patient, knowledgeable, and seemed legitimately concerned with how I was feeling.
