Overall, a great service for our practice. We've gained far more reviews from patients using Birdeye than we would've without it.
I have increased my reviews four-fold or more since signing up and they go to google and Facebook. I have found this very helpful since the overwhelming majority are positive reviews. I have had new patients who came to me after reading positive reviews. I also get several reviews a week so they are always up to date.
Very happy with our BirdEye experience. It has been a tremendous help in gathering reviews and getting us more "online" presence.
I wish that we could include a button for a yelp review.
