    BirdEye has changed my work day; I don't know what I would do without them as part of our team! Ronni has been supportive, informative and a pleasure to work with, she is only an email away when I need help and is always quick to respond. Using BirdEye has alleviated the stress of trying to manage our online reputation by ourselves, plus we have increased our Google reviews with their support.     I think bird eye does everything relatively well. Clear communication and really great to see the review generation being so trackable. Akash and Ed were great people to work with

    Ankona was extremely helpful during the implementation process. She made things very easy to understand and took things at a perfect pace. She always answered any questions and I never felt like just another customer to her.

    Learning how to use all the Birdeye features takes a lot of time. We would have liked more guidance and instruction from the implementation manager, in addition to the on-boarding spreadsheet.
